TV (Teen Volunteer) Info
The deadline for teen volunteer applications has passed.
Applications may be posted in January 2018 if spots become available. Otherwise, applications will be posted April 20th for opportunities to volunteer over the summer.
Please note that teen volunteer slots are limited and not guaranteed. We typically receive at least twice as many applications as we have spots available, so answering the short essay questions on the application thoughtfully is incredibly important. You must be at least 13 years old to be considered as a Teen Volunteer.
General TV (teen volunteer) Info:
Teen Volunteer applications are posted here in April for summer volunteering opportunities and in August for slots during the school year. Unfortunately, because of the training time needed in order to volunteer, we do not have the ability to offer one-day or short term volunteer opportunities. All teen volunteers attend an orientation and training session provided by a staff member. Generally teens work one day a week for two hours during the school year and up to two days a week for two hours a day during the summer. One-hour shifts are also acceptable.
