Email Planning and Zoning 

The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for administration of the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Zoning Board of Adjustments.  In Addition to maintaining Wylie's Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, the Department also processes and reviews requests for changes in zoning, land platting, construction site plans, base mapping, and demographic data.

Meets:    1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:30 pm

Zoning Board of Adjustment

Meets:    Monthly, 3rd Monday as needed.  Complete Application and necessary attachments are due the 4th Monday of the previous month prior to the requested month.
