Mindy Manson, City Manager
Mrs. Manson has more than 26 years in municipal government. She is responsible for the daily activities and services of the city. Her previous experience include working for the cities of San Angelo and Abilene. She holds two degrees - Bachelor of Science, Urban Studies-SMU; and a Bachelor of Science, Political Science-SMU.

She and her husband Bin reside in Wylie. They have 2 children, Andrew and Kate.

Jeff Butters, Assistant City Manager
Appointed in October 2006, his responsibilities include: Public Services (Water, Sewer, Streets and Parks Depts.), Bldg. Inspection, Code Enforcement, Information Technology, Facility Maintenance, and special projects. He holds two degrees-Bachelor in Public Administration-UTD, and Masters in Business and Human Relations-Amber University.

Jeff and his wife Angela reside in Sachse. They have 1 daughter, Alesha.
