To best assist your water needs, the City of Wylie has posted the following forms for your convenience. These forms can be submitted via: 

 1. Submit a copy of your Driver's License or Identification Card with  the Utility Service Application Form and Water Service Agreement Form.

2.  Renters need to supply a copy of their lease showing their name and lease date.   

3. Please allow two (2) business days to start service.

4. Deposits must be paid prior to the start of service. Customers with City of Wylie water have a deposit of $95.00. Customers with Eastfork or Wylie Northeast water have a deposit of $20.00, for sewer and trash services.

Utility Service Application Form
If you are moving to the City of Wylie Water District, you can print, fill out and submit this form to the Utility Billing division in advance to speed up the process.

Water Service Agreement Form
Each customer must review and sign this agreement before the City of Wylie will begin service. In addition, when service to an existing connection has been suspended or terminated, the water service will not be re-established unless we have a signed copy of this agreement.

Direct Payment Authorization Agreement 
To make paying your water bill more convenient, you can sign up for direct payment through your banking institution. Simply fill out the Direct Payment Authorization Agreement and you will never have to worry about forgetting your water bill again.
*Note: This will take effect when the bill has the words 'Bank Draft - Do Not Pay.' Until you see this on the bill, the bill still needs to be paid in the normal manner.
